Shepherd

Talk for four minutes.
Remember every person.

FOR ALPHA LEADERS & SMALL-GROUP HOSTS

Shepherd listens to how tonight went, remembers what matters about each person at your table, and hands you a 60-second brief before next week. Nothing to type. Nothing to keep up with.

Read tonight’s brief

Everything you need before and after.

BEFORE · 60 SECONDS
The brief

Details to remember from previous sessions, and why — each name with helpful memories in plain words. Read it on your way to group, then walk in confident.

DURING · NOTHING
The table

No app open, no notes, nothing to tap. You’re fully there — which is the entire point of being a leader.

AFTER · 4 MINUTES
The check-in

Talk about the night on the drive home. Shepherd writes down what mattered, bound to the right person, and builds next week’s brief from it.

From a week-four brief

“Quiet the last two Thursdays. She lingered after the video — sit near her.”

Reasons, never scores.

People aren’t pipeline. Shepherd will never show you a streak, an engagement score, or a red badge on someone’s name. Every person appears with the details that help you stay connected, written the way you’d say it.

Honest & Sincere

Every note Shepherd keeps is written so you could show it to the person across the table.

Private

Details stay with group leaders. A director can see what is intentionally shared with them — and you always know who has it: “Pastor Dave has this.”

Secure

The audio of your check-in is discarded after transcription, and a person’s record can be handed over or erased — whole, not partially.

How oftenTwo to three messages a week while your group is running — a reminder before your meeting and a check-in afterwards.
How to stopReply STOP to any message and you’ll receive no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance.
RatesMessage and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Full program details are in our SMS terms.

Week eight is when leaders struggle to remember details.
Yours won’t.
